Korey brings a wealth of basketball knowledge and leadership to Alodia. His basketball journey began at Cy-Springs High School, where his love for the game first took root. After competing as a collegiate athlete at Ouachita Baptist University, Korey began his career as a junior high and high school basketball coach. He then spent six years as Head Boys Junior High Basketball Coach across two campuses. Korey’s coaching experience fostered a passion for youth skill and development.
During his six years with Alodia, Korey has served in many roles — leading camps, skills sessions, and individual training for all ages, as well as leading grades K–2 FUNdamentals Program. Korey has also contributed to shaping Alodia’s camp and youth league curriculum and now mentors and trains new and current staff members. Korey’s high energy and deep basketball background enable him to connect with players of all levels, helping each athlete grow wherever they are in their basketball journey.
Korey is also Alodia’s Tournament Market Director where he focuses on expanding and strengthening the Alodia Tournament brand. He’s played a key role in refining procedures that continue to support both weekend and national tournaments. Korey oversees team onboarding, cultivates relationships with new and returning programs, and routinely works as onsite Tournament Supervisor.
Outside of basketball, Korey enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three daughters. Together, they lead a very active lifestyle. In addition to his role with Alodia, Korey continues to work full-time with the school district as a teacher of a mentoring organization. Korey remains dedicated to developing players and growing the Alodia brand and family.
