Future Basketball Youth League Season Dates

Cypress Future Season Dates

Spring 1 2026

Grades K, 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 Divisions

  • Early Bird Registration: January 20 - January 30
  • Regular Registration: January 31 - February 27


SEASON

  • Proposed Evaluation Date: Thursday, March 5 
  • Season: week of March 16 - week of April 13


GAMES

  • Grades K & 1-2: Single game dates (6 games total) - Saturdays March 21, 28, April 4, 11, 18, and TBD a Thursday or Friday evening
  • Grades 3-8: 8 Regular Season Games (4 doubleheader weekends) - Saturdays March 21, 28, April 4, 11 plus single elimination tournament and All-Star Game weekend (April 17-18)

 

PRACTICES & TRAINING & GRADES K, 1-2 DATES

  • Practices (Grades K & 1-2): Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm 
  • Skills Training (Grades K & 1-2): Tuesday 5:30-6:30 pm
  • Practices (Grades 3-8): Tuesday or Thursday Evenings 
  • Skills Training (Grades 3-8): Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm

Spring 2 2026

  • Season: week of April 20 - week of May 18

  • Grades 3-8: 8 Regular Season Games (4 doubleheader weekends) - Saturdays April 25, May 2, 9, 16 plus single elimination tournament and All-Star Game weekend (May 22-23)
